Certain refrigerant products require EPA Section 608 or 609 certification, or confirmation that you are purchasing on behalf of a certified technician or organization. You may be required to submit proof of certification before your order is fulfilled.

2. EPA COMPLIANCE

Virgin Gases LLC complies with all U.S. EPA regulations for the sale of refrigerants.

You agree:

-To provide accurate certification documentation where required

-That you are authorized to handle, purchase, and use refrigerant gases in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws

-That Virgin Gases LLC may retain a copy of your certification on file

We reserve the right to cancel any order if required documentation is not provided.

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PAYMENT

-All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

-Full payment is due before shipment unless alternate terms have been approved in writing.

-Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

-Refrigerants ship via ground or freight in accordance with DOT and Hazmat regulations.

-Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking info when your order ships.

-Virgin Gases LLC is not liable for carrier delays, shipping issues, or delivery errors caused by incorrect addresses.

5. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of refrigerant gases and federal transportation restrictions, all sales are final once shipped. See our Refund Policy for more details.

6. LIMITED WARRANTY

Virgin Gases LLC guarantees that all refrigerant sold is genuine, unused, and properly sealed in certified DOT-compliant cylinders. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or installation errors.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virgin Gases LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products or website.
